"A bold and exciting celebration of contemporary African literature ..."
Africa Writes is the UK's annual festival of African literature that brings together an excellent selection of writers, poets and thinkers, to engage in stimulating discussion and debate.
Join Ngugi wa Thiong'o (Weep Not, Child), Chibundu Onuzo (The Spider King's Daughter), and many more in the world of African literature as they celebrate the continent's past, present, and future. This year's event is organised by the Royal African Society, in partnership with a host of organisations including TEDx Euston and The British Library.
